Good job, it really needs sound, and just to let you know, when the user pushes ENTER on the keyboard it adds to the length of the Snake. You might want to fix that too.

Good job
I can see you put a lot of work into this game. This brought back a lot of memories. (The old dos version ran MUCH slower though) I like the graphics. The way the blocks slide to the bottom when you lose, the way the explode when they hit the bottom, etc. This is pretty good, the only thing it needs is some sound.

Gosh its been ages since I've played one of these, and I use to rule at it. I GOT 45 apples who can beat that, huh!? Anyhoo, gotta love the explosions when you die. Makes you wanna play longer and longer and watch the humongous pile of blocks crash and burn. It made me feel very worthwhile
Now this is great...
It's been a long time since I've played one of these "Snake" games. You have captured one perfectly. It plays at a good speed, clean controls, clean graphics. Made it up to 30 apples and didn't see any of these "bugs" others had spoken of.
I also love the sliding box "crash" once you loose. It's a nice touch.
I'm undecided on the comment of the addition of a sound loop, though. It's hard to find a good loop that won't drive you insane after a short while...

Well...
This was ok but it had way to many bugz... For one 1. it suddenly just said i died and "You Suck" when i didnt even hit anything! I was just going in the middle of the screen and it said i died. 2. The snake stayed on the screen when i crashed... Dont have the dead bodys stay! 3. The game locks up a lot and i have a T3 modem! Well those are the bugs i found :( Work on it a little and it might be ok!
