Functionally, the game works as designed. I agree with the other posters about excessive clicking. Perhaps if there was more variety of monsters and faster refresh rate for the specials, the difficulty would be more balanced. This game has potential but needs a bit more polish.

The cannon is very underwhelming for a final upgrade. It does less damage than the shotgun and even when there's a large cluster you can hit, it doesn't kill things fast enough to be worth getting. Your allies do more dmg than actively playing the game....

Poor balancing and too much clicking for this type of game. Most genres of game already have a bar that's set. This game missed that bar by quite a bit.

I'm going to try to think of something nice to say as I write this, the game leaves quite a bit to be desired. The amount of money you makes for the upgrades you can buy, does not allow to keep up with the difficulty scale of the game. As in, I have started over 3 times, my first run I was unable to get past level 6, and the other 2 times, I was unable to get pas level 5. I's just not possible, use your skill as much as you can, fire as fast as possible, and get only headshots, and the levels can't be beaten. Last thing, games of this style switched over to allowing you to just hold the mouse button down to fire, not having to sit there and click a thousand times anymore.

Short:
Unbalanced, tedious, boring.

Ways to Improve:
Let me just hold the mouse down to fire, put in a few more upgrades, maybe make a few more levels so you can spread the difficulty and balance the game a little better.
