Fantastic game. The controls were very precise, any death I was dealt felt it was my error. Good level design and lots of interesting traps. I really liked the alternate tracks in the special sections of the dungeons, the water one being my favorite.
Now, how about seeing Duke Dashington return!
When I started playing, I thought this was the original. I love the original so much, I've been waiting for a sequel (besides the Christmas special). I hope that with this remake you may have a new engine to continue working on more in the series. I would totally buy a full-sized game on Steam.
Music is great, timing is awesome, difficulty is great (it is easy for me; I am a Super Meat Boy champion).
I agree with another reviewer that the water hit box is ridiculously close to the top edge and should be more realistically ankle-deep or something, but that doesn't bother me - play and learn!
Keep up the great work. Dangerous Dungeons is one of the best platformers I've ever played.
I hate it when the game lags. Other than that, amazing game.
10/10, best game. For those who dont read the controls, ESC pauses the game. Anyways I love the entire game for what it is, and how frustrating it can get in time trial. Best game ever.
