The camera panning. You can click on the cell and start to move but then you instantly die as it's trying to centralise. Then whilst it's moving as you're moving, it's attempt to stay central will cause you to die whilst the retry button doesn't just instantly retry the level it takes you to the level select. Many fixes could turn this game into the so many games this is similar to.
