As Cyber said the game is great overall,except that if you want to go idle you would need to get a lot of karma per day.This is why this needs things that produce karma.Also the reason why the cap get's stuck at 2,147,283,647 is be cause this game was made with java,and that number is the maximum allowed in it.
I agree with TonyBest100 as also the same reason the first medal is locked even though i opened thousands of presents...
about the moment you're able to bring in presents a lot to boost your multiplied Karma it becomes OP to the point where you hit a 44055M Karma you can have then buy all the upgrades in presents once you reach a limit of purchasing it will loop back around to "free, 1 ect." looping the price but still increasing chances so the presents are pretty broken and very generous
