Pretty damn awesome. Nice job. Any technical issues you may see with the short as it's (perfection-seeking) creator should be weighed against the artistic and content value of the attempt as a whole. Which is increased by it being potentially flawed.
For a (not to scale) example: Look at StarWars in it's original form vs. what Lucas later did to it. The original and unrefined film is widely (and for my money correctly) viewed as far superior to it's 'enhanced' or 'revised' later versions, in which Lucas unwittingly neutered what made the film truly special by trying to improve it to fit his later tastes and 'abilities'.
Basically, don't be so hard on yourself, you did a great job, and all these positive reviews back that up. BTW, I loved similarity in world and animated feel to 'Wizards'.

Who cares about the quality of animation (not to say it wasn't a good effort), your writing is really good and I liked the voice acting. You should look into teaming up with a few other artists and pitch this to a company, you never know what might happen. I think with a bit of extra work refining the art style, animation and audio this would make a great show. Plus it's already almost 11 minutes long which is exactly what you want! Amazing effort! Just knock up a bunch of scripts (you clearly already have heaps of ideas), get a team together and knock up a really good quality trailer or teaser and get in touch with Adult Swim or Cartoon Network.

This is fucking amazing. I am absolutely in love with the writing and the characters. Can't believe I didn't watch this series sooner. Fucking love the voice acting too, it gives so much life and personality into these already full-of-life characters.
As one dude once said regarding this animation, there is this unique down-to-earth feeling about it that gives it so much more personality than I have seen in most animations I've watched. You can see the love and care put into each painstaking frame into this, while still seeing the pure simplicity in the character's actions and movement. This is truly a unique animation, and to my eyes, this is lightning in a bottle. Lightning in a bottle that barely anyone has really seen. And that is sad.
