The Megaman X series have a massive potencial for covers and you nailed this one pretty much to the wall. I agree with Angrypitfiend in X3 being the best of the 16-bit games, and I've played it to the point where I can beat it in 3 or 4 hours total.
Good shit. I would love to hear you take on "Volt Catfish" and/or "Blizzard Buffalo" too.

Unrelated thoughts
X3 was prolly the best X game from the 16-bit era, and I find myself playing it much more often than X1 and 2. X3 had some interesting music in it, like Vile's theme..
But, don't take that as a request, I want to hear your final version of Zero's theme from X2! That thing's gonna kick total ass...

X1 and X3 quite had the best music. X2 sucked, in music as well as the game. I just bought it for my collection.
Final version will be on the way as soon as I got another cover pumped out that I planned for quite some time now...
