Nice thing, as always :-) Why I took some stars from you? I must say that in some parts you are indeed getting a bit lazy in making these games ;-) For example when I clicked on a skeleton, the message said "Find something to defeat the slime", come on, using codes from so long time ago? Also when I left the area and went for a walk around, the combat music was still playing (in fact, I personally like it). Oh, and the Hole digging medal is not working.

Cute game, though it was rather quick.
I also enjoyed the BGM, this will certainly be a fun series.
A nice and cozy room to sleep in too! :D Seems like plenty of does remain for the sequels, so far so good, not too complicated; plenty of creepy critters to interact with. Good game.

This is a decent little point and click adventure, but it seems like the plot was pretty absent from this first installment. You laid out a setting and characters, then nothing in part 1 referenced that again. It was pretty paint-by the numbers.
This wasn't helped by the fact that 90% of the art looks like it was taken from clipart. It makes the game feel really disjointed when there isn't a consistent art style throughout.
Maybe you should consider partnering up with someone to make the art for the game, all in 1 style?
Game play is okay. I didn't know where to use a gold key. Thanks to the walk through, I totally missed a lock on the gate. pff
