I just love the video style in this. I think I even myself still have old VHSs. It doesn't really matter now, as I'm living in an apartment. I still love this because of how authentic it seemed. It's just fun to see Zone-Tan like that. She really is pretty cute, but not THAT cute.
It's nice to talk about what's going on with the series. I guess the ZTV is itself a series now. That merchandise looked pretty cool. I thought that it would be over at around 4:16. I knew it wouldn't be, of course.
I liked the old-school TV, felt kind of comfortable looking at it. I also thought the way of selling your stuff like and old cheesy infomercial as well. Thing I didn't liked was how long it was though, kind of like one of those really slow-time-consuming family guy jokes, you know what's comming and when it finally gets to the end it exactly what you expect and get kind of underwhelmed.
A whole 4 minutes for three rather simple products is way too long. Don't get me wrong, I think the products themself are hilarious, especially the invisible hotdog shirt. But as a viewer I just got like: 'wow that looks neat, and we're just in the beginning of the video, wonder what stuff comes next'. And then it feels like it takes forever to get to the next thing while the enthusiasm has already dropped.
So long story short, didn't like the pacing.
And on a technical note, after the infomercial part, whenever Zone lift her hand, the hand under it just changes color. I know it's a different shade, because when the hand is covered it's in shadow. But whenever Zone quickly puts her hand down and lifts it up right after it just flashes color, wich looks kinda weird. Would probably look better if you tweened that color instead of straight from dark to light shade.
It's not a big problem though, only pretty weird if you notice, couldn't help but keep checking it whenever I saw her hand move XD
