The disapearing mouse was anoying
When the mouse cursor disappears it is very hard to figureout where/when to click as you do not know what you are trying to click on. The sound effects were ok, they sounded a bit hallow for some reason, but pretty good overall. Just got to fix the mouse cursor thing though
You only use the mouse at the title screen and its visible there, and at the elevator console screen where your finger replaces the mouse as the pointer. You dont use it any other time in the game so its not visible on the game screen. I don't know what you were trying to click on. The music sounds crappy because I had to get it as small as possible to be under 5 megs.
A lot of effort to say the least
Unlike other Flash Animation that recycle sprites or use stick figures or simply look like they don't have any style. Even other stylish Flash Animation isn't this big.
I just hope you finish this series you started Alex. Very well done.

Too many damn plot holes... Make the second one soon or I might have to make it for you, because I know of a few twists that would really make this game stand out.

Very good quality game, kind of like the old PC game Space Quest. Anyways the graphics were great, the music went with the game and it was fun.

Nah, just kidding. This game is VERY well put together. It's not often where you see a movie with 5 pages of straight up "this is the best thing I've ever seen" praise on here. The only thing I can think of as constructive criticism is the choice of buttons. Why "W"? Especially in the shooting parts... SPACEBAR or CTRL is a much more natural choice.

the action button is "w" because the space bar makes too much noise when you press it, especially when you press it a lot of times really fast. It annoyed me when I tested the game.
