It seems like a decent idea. But I can't rate it as highly as I would like to because of the flying part of the game. There is absolutely no warning as to where the stuff is falling. Of course with the exception of the follow your heart part. And following your heart gets you hurt in the end. Love that metaphor. I'm assuming that you have more clever and artistic in the game like that, but I couldn't get anywhere because there is no warning. You have to just luck out and hope that you chose the correct side. Please let me know if I am wrong and I just missed some subtle detail. A subtle detail is all it really needs. I would also recommend a horizontal layout for the the dual screen part of the game. You could have it split screen with one character on top and one on bottom. This would give people a much better chance at the part where they are running towards each other.
