Reviews for "An Absolute Fact"

This happened when I saw your animation:

Me: The world end? well, we don't need a machine to know that. But... she's right... Cassandra does have a point WE'RE GOING TO DIE!... the printer still On, WHY DOES IT? *fact 0: there is hope* OMG THERE'S HOPE, DAD THERE'S HOPE ¿YOU HEAR? THERE IS F*CKING HOPE

Dad: I KNEW IT!

I think everyone said what I wanted to say, particularly UniversalHeat but I have one suggestion for improvement for your next work: I think you should try different angles and/or more shots and maybe some zooms as well. For example, during the conversation about the World's End, you should do a shot that is slightly above them (2:25-ish according toe vid). I have a feeling that you were just under a budget and time schedule though but if you do get the chance, please do try to different angles. It'll make a scene visually much more interesting.

Hope it helps!

Perrobang responds:

Thanks! It certainly does help alot. I was actually thinking about that. But sadly, I didn't have time to bring it out into full fruition cause of the deadline. I will definitely try harder next time.

Is that really true about the sugar cube?

This is really good! also its funny, the animation i was working on was about a scientist who build a robot to tell facts XD

This is a great story with a terrific script! I love the art design, and the voice acting was pitch-perfect for the most part, albeit with a few (understandable) recording issues here and there. Your story really pulled me in, and the ending was truly moving and a worthy payoff. I do have to dock some points because quite a few animation shots were clearly unfinished, but overall, this was an excellent short science fiction film! Great job!
