You need some invincibility after you die and come back. I made it to the boss with 3 lives and died almost immediately.

this game is ok but the music is just a few 8 bit remixs of dubstep tthe game is very hard AND JUST kind of loop's it self theres only 4 things that can kill i'm sorry this game doesnt need to be on newgrounds
How you managed to lag the bullet firing function that badly is beyond me mang. You seem to have had fun making this though, at least.

You internet might be slow, I've never noticed any lag in it. Although, you can only fire 2 bullets at a time, or 4 if you have the laser. It's about being conservative and only firing when you are ready ;)
It seems to be really unresponsive, especially the fire button.
For the rest, a Gradius-like with no sound and outdated humor, but hey.
the humor is so.. overdone... that i just couldn't stomach this for more than 30 seconds.
