Simply click on a Pokémon's icon to view their stats and information. You can click on the "Weaknesses" tab if you'd like to see their type match-ups as well. Exit via the red X in the corner.
Uhhh the pokemon designs are the only things stopping me from giving this a good review
4/5 for the cool game anyway

Does adjusting the quality help you at all? It seems certain computers have trouble running it; I hope you're able to play the game as intended one day.
