Though i agree that sometimes r34 take things too far, i don't think a fictional character like Splatoon or any other 'kid' character should be considered "Child Porn". Why? Because they aren't real. They don't age. That is why Japan and all the 'loli' stuff are allowed to run on legal market in the first place.
