This one definitely still holds up! Just wish it had medals... sleek; minimalistic design that has me thinking of Knytt, and really smooth mechanics. Nice game.

A nice little retro-platformer. Controls are responsive. Character slides a tiny bit, but for the most part, movement is pretty tight. I like the sound effects and the ambient background on the title screen, but I wasn't really into the level music.
Only really have two comments:
1) I'd like to have seen more variation on the first three bosses. For Level 2, I was pleased that there was a small "puzzle" aspect to the fight; figure out how to damage him and then time your shots. But what other ways can the player damage a boss without wielding a weapon? It would be nice to see other puzzles on other bosses.
2) While I appreciate the use of the ship on the last two levels, I didn't like the movement. You can speed up by pressing forward, but I found the up/down movements to be far too sluggish, and it's just a pain in the ass getting by obstacles. I'd rather have seen more complex enemy flight patterns or better level design instead of struggling to time to slow movement just right to make it through the obstacle... only to run into a bullet that the avatar is too slow to dodge.
Otherwise, it was a pretty relaxing game, enjoyable and not to difficult. The designs are interesting, and you could likely create a bigger world around them. Good job.

You have a fun platformer style of a game here I really like the style and art was nice there are some nice visuals, The boss fights were a bit tough but overall this was still a good game and I have enjoyed reviewing your game here, anyways keep up the good work.
