I think this was more or less what the people who designed the new joker were thinking. Also, for those who are unaware, Jared Leto will be playing the Joker for the upcoming Suicide Squad movie, DC Comics stuff, and he just looks dumb and bad. You would think that it was a joke, but it seems like it's serious.
