Reviews for "Theropods"

Excellent!

Visual style is lovely - music fantastic. Really liked the puzzles. Thought that having no text for the objects was important - it's not like you look at an object and instantly know what it is... (in reality that is!!)

LOL - oh that mushy thing I picked up was guts! I thought it was a muscular body part i might feed to a dinosaur... you might want to alter the inventory picture to have no blood (its distracts away from the fact that it does look like guts). I think most players will remember it did came out of a dead creature, so without the blood might actually make the connection...

I did appreciate when you tried something that wasn't right there was a clear indication you were doing something wrong (that includes the proto-dart - it didn't work the first time, so makes sense that if you do the same thing again, same result).

Also liked the cues for when you were sort of on the right track... like when you try taking the conker from the little fellow.

That was VERY nice! Although short, I enjoyed the logical riddles and the music etc. I don't usually mind the graphics, but admittedly it was difficult here to understand what I'm seeing, so in some situations I just clicked around until something worked... perhaps a floating text label to clarify? :)

Superb!, really cool proposal, art and animation were really well polished, specially the first 'action' segment.

In terms of gameplay; I may not be too used to games of this sort, but I found the last 2 screens to be a bit cryptic, at first I tried the 'logical' approaches I could think of (like luring one of the dinosaurs to the honey or guts, or trying to use the stone or even the guts to hit the bee hive. I couldn't understand what was the spiky object the small dinosaur was eating, so it made it hard to properly plan what to do). But since I was still motivated on seeing what came next, I eventually got to the point of trying a lot of things until something worked which led me to see the quite inventive plan this girl had with all these objects.

A pretty entertaining little game, would be cool to see evolving (also; kicking things was pretty satisfying!)

It took trials and errors to complete this short game and unlock all badges. The most tricky part was using a blowgun. One will figure it out when a dart kept falling too close and didn't hit the dinosaur. c:

Amazing work, but I got stuck.
