Just a sugestion dont use linear function for your Humans still alive count. At start of apocalipse more people will die then less and less. Somekind of exponential function would be great.
I thought no special events would happen... Well, a "MISSILE INCOMING" warning suddenly flashed on the screen at 12 days in, and it caused an INSTANT game over. Sneaky game.
