There's some potential for punchlines and more humor that wasn't probed: How the manatees became manatees, why one of them has an army helmet, the methods by which they procure a working phone and a car, and perhaps comical insight or illustration of how the woman's mind works and her perception of the wiltedly-executed harassment.
