its good
there are a few problems with it.
1. the shading of the background doesn't match the shading on the character.
2. the neck is out of proportion, not just talking about the fat either, the shape.
3. forehead is expressionless, or close to it.

I like it, there is something almost otherworldly about him
and almost childish, because of his devilish grin,
like a 8 years olds smile when hes thinking about doing something bad
