Very nice fluid animation and choreography, great use of colours, only thing wrong was that the lip-synch was terrible, highly recommend you focus on improving your lip-synch before you try another animation dude.
Very anime-ish cartoon, the movements were well done and fluid, the action never got boring (which can sometimes be a problem in these kinds of let's play animated videos), the lip-sync was perfect and the old movie filter was a really nice touch.
I didn't watch this episode of Markiplier so i don't know if he didn't wear his glasses for this episode but it just doesn't feel like Mark without his trademark glasses and pink mustache, i actually think this movie would've vastly improved if you had added a pair of Markiplier glasses and a Fu Manchu pink mustache.

As a Let's Play animation, this was quite refreshing to watch, and I like your use of shifting camera angles to accentuate the action.
That subtle film noise overlayed on top was a nice little touch as well.
