Twas a fun game. I only took off half a star because it would've been good to have a defense upgrade for when the enemies gang up on me.

This game feels like it tries to be an automatic game like Cookie Clicker or Click Hero, but it also expects the player to be actively clicking to increase damage and cast spells. The game demands attention when it should be progressing without active participation. The character will loop the same levels, earning money and dying, returning back a few levels and repeating his action. Upgrades are mandatory rather than bonuses, meaning here is no progress unless upgrades are purchased.
As for an action or adventure game, it's a bad game in those regards too. There is no action other than clicking to make numbers go higher and there's no adventure at all. The character goes in a straight line.
I say avoid this game. The art might make it look nice, but it's too demanding for no substance.

This is really fun, considering its' simplicity. The major problem with this game is that it can play itself. I would HIGHLY recommend a button to resurrect, so that it can't simply be left on. Also perhaps a choice between regenerating health vs. raising more damage. This will give players more incentive to stay at the computer, because although I did not leave the computer to play this, I realized that technically I could.
That being said, I think you're on to something with this. Just add more stuff that has to be clicked, and you've got an excellent game! Once again, I really enjoyed it, but it's too easy for someone like me to find some potentially fatal flaws.
the crative and original gameplay made me fall in love with this game. and how william gets better equipment with each upgrade is a whole another reason to love this game. even the upgrades are different and original and not the typical cliche upgrades. i had to play with my laptops touchpad but it was still very fun. please keep adding your creativity to your games. great job!
