This was a cute, albeit short animation, and the message was blunt (I forgot to read the description and it was still obvious). Maybe Michigan was at a party, though, because New York is also pretty drunk. It wasn't severe rain or anything, just drizzle and fog on Christmas Eve, and then nothing on Christmas (really uneventful and anticlimactic).
Anyway, on a more critical standpoint, while the voice-acting was okay (Michigan's voice was iffy) and the subtlety is nice, there wasn't that much in terms of animation. Of course, what you have is great, but it would've been nice to see more. At the same time, I guess a longer animation would have drawn out the joke too long. So, basically, it's good as it is; it's not quite a "Great work, d00d!" but it's not bad. In fact... I like it.
Oh believe me New Jersey is just as crazy over here ;p
