Reviews for "Shrunken Survival 2"

This is excellent. I have you 5 stars based on the amount of growth this game displays, although you've been heading in this direction for a long time.

You really put a lot of attention into the story this time, and whole idea that enemies don't just block you but drain your heath actually brings the notion of combat into the game. We have characters who live in a village, and they all do different things. You're blurring the line between Escape game and RPG-style.

As far as the visuals go, this chapter contains some of the coolest ideas I've seen from you yet. All the various objects used for buildings, gadgets, and and background objects... you really put a lot of creativity into this one.

selfdefiant responds:

Thanks so much, I really tried to be as creative as possible with this!

Your games are as good as usual. I do have some things I'd like to point out.
- the picture that appears for the ladybug cook is the frog king
- When replaying, the music does not reset so it is silent except for the sound effects.
- You do know that "nerps" (the currency for this game) is a term used for female nipples, right? (I didn't know it myself until I googled it though I'm not really up on today's word terms).

The only suggestion I'd have to make is to have the npc say more things, especially when circumstances change, though I believe this is one of the first games you've made where you can reclick on npc and this game has more than any of your other games so I don't want to ask for much when you're already giving more.

Keep up the good work.

selfdefiant responds:

Thanks! I had no idea about the nerps!

I like how you can interact more with the NPCs. It makes this part of the series stand out than any parts of any other series. Job well done!

selfdefiant responds:

Thanks!

Good to hear a short story of Jake the snake.

The little town looks friendly and cute. It's creative to think of straw as a water pipe material.

All medals work for me. c:

The last medal seems to be broken.

selfdefiant responds:

Thanks, I got it working. :)
