Reviews for "Cube and Me - KS Demo"

very cute game, but for some reason when i was reading the cubepedia it just stopped responding? the music still plays and i can move the mouse but i cant click anything. i was stuck on one page and had to reload. perhaps its a slight bug?

It's reallllly sluggish, to the point of being unplayable, for me. But it seems cool.

jegnan1 responds:

The game does take up a lot of the physical memory at the moment. Sorry for the trouble.

Well, I just have a question. How do you feed the cubes during missions?, it's a great game, and It have my vote in Greenlight, but I think it need a better tutorial

jegnan1 responds:

Thank you for the vote! You can right click on any food items in the inventory to feed your cube while its selected. You can scroll through your available cubes by either clicking the arrows next to the health bar or by using A and D keys.

Yes, the game needs a better tutorial. We are working to improve that aspect at the moment.

I think the tutorial for the battles, health potions, healing, items, the shop REALLY need improvement. There is also, as you know, A LOT OF LAG AND FAILED CLICKS!!!

jegnan1 responds:

What other aspect about the battle would you like to know?

Item and healing tutorial has been added to this version

What did you find unclear about the shop?

Thanks for playing and sorry for the lag. What is your machine spec, by the way?

The artwork is pretty decent. But this game has a number of problems.

First off, the tutorial is pretty convoluted. It's not very intuitive or easy to follow.
Second, the frame rate issues are actually really bad. I'm running an i5-4690k and some parts are actually unplayable.
Lastly, I think the music is pretty bland and boring.

jegnan1 responds:

Hi! Thanks for playing!

It's actually about your RAM more than your CPU.
