I know this is me being ultra sensitive, but you should put some kind of warning about the screamer in the game over screen. I have an anxiety disorder, and these are known to set off my panic attacks, and I know that can happen to others. Maybe at least change the rating to T, because I assume an E game won't have screamers. Nice animation though.
