Its a very very good game but perhaps you might think of adding an easy mode where there is a slight shimmer that not really shows where the mouse is.
also think of adding powerup plates that are super small that could make you visible or make unlimited clicks for a few seconds or something good.
One suggestion is get different music.. ask some guys on NG if you could use theirs, or collab, or something.
Simplicity in gaming...

If you're asking people to share and compare their scores, why not add in NG's high-score board? It'd be a bit more user-friendly than having them leave a comment with their score.
Additionally, I can see one very easy way to break the game... and that's if you don't use a pointing device at all, if you catch my drift. If you want to add in a check against that or perhaps find some way to make this playable even on those devices, then that might be ideal.
