This is an entertaining story so far.
You did a good job editing the sprites.
The sound effects and theme music is all intact.

Nope, it's working fine for me and for all the thousands of users who played it.
So I assume that you're making some sort of mistake. Probably a silly one - like clicking outside of the box.
not a bad idea, just needs to allow for more chances for the player to influence story.

But I agree with the other comments about more choices, involve the player as much as possible plus give the chance for more fail/ success

I'm seriously thinking how to implement your advice.
I loved this comic flash almost as good as first one!
I did like episode 1 more for some reason.
I can't get medal Not enough Ruckus. I tried various ways but no idea how.
This game needs better menu with check points that way we do not have to reply whole game to get medal or testing various ways to try to get medal.
I hope you make teenage mutant turtles ones :D with this style I am looking forward to it.
I loved both teenage mutant ninja turtles and ghostbusters as a child!
