Good game and a fantastic way to end this amazing series.
To get the medal with the secret cave you have to find all golden hearts and go then to the stop sign on the world map and enter it. The boulder that blocked the path should then be gone.

Another great game practically oozing with cute fuzzy feelings and just all around fun. On a side note major respect for all of the different character "him/her/other" options the developers didn't have to do that but i'm sure that going that extra mile meant a lot to some people.
