I have very few positive things to say about this game, so I'll start with the negative ones...
- Hitboxes are broken. Yes, I do actually mean BROKEN. I was somehow hit with and killed by arrows (among other hazards) that were about an entire player-length (or width) away from the player him/her/itself. This happened more times than I care to mention.... or count, for that matter.
- The control "reminders" went well into the realm of annoyance, once I realized that I was being reminded of how to jump, EVERY SINGLE LEVEL. That, of course, was just the worst of them all, since every other key or combination thereof was also shoved down my throat more than was even remotely necessary.
- There also seems to be a debug screen (or perhaps a more appropriate name would be a "bug screen") overlying the game that I can't seem to turn off. To make matters worse, this pseudo-console said the exact same thing almost EVERY TIME I die, resulting in the need to close this non-existent dialog box, before restarting the level. What was this message? "EGAport.hx:81: Error #2035". This, of course, means nothing to me (and I know I'm not alone in my ignorance), so I really don't see any reason to include it in the game. On the other hand, it may have something to do with my AdBlock Plus. I'm getting a lot more "ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT" than usual... ;P
- The level design is TERRIBLE, given the limited control scheme (which the game seems to think I forget every five seconds). Some pitfalls, spikey-conveyor-belt-things, and other irritating traps are nearly unavoidable; in fact, the only thing that keeps them from being *completely* unavoidable is pure luck and repetition. The latter, of course, is an understandable nuance of this type of game, so I suppose I can't totally hold that against you...
- Fall damage. This is just plain silly, given the (early) Sonic the Hedgehog-esque terrain. 'Nuff said.
- Almost no well-established story, that I can really make out, thus far. Again, 'nuff said.
The positives that I've seen thus far (which I'm genuinely struggling to find, at this point):
+ The art - it's whimsical and cute. I guess that's a plus, in my book... always has been, to be perfectly honest. Maybe that's your strong suit?
+ Variety in enemies and their niches, thus leading to variety in how to dispatch them. That actually made the game somewhat bearable, since it gave it a sort of strategic element.
