Well. It's great to see Mario damaged but it has no animation. Feels pretty effortless.

The moving in the beginning was way too slow. There was no audio or music to go along with his wheelchair 'journey'. Jokes are depressing and I couldn't really find it funny. I found Captain Handicapped funny because of its smooth animation, logical jokes, and art. This here is the opposite of good for anything. The art really needs improvement.
You barely even put any effort of animation into this save for his hand pressing on the switch and drooling. Words don't really count. You could have at least made his eye twitch or the clouds in the background move.
This should be rated above 'E'. It talks about lewd stuff. At least make it into 'T', man.
I am sorry for giving you such a low rating, but if this is all you're going to give the audience, expect low rating.
