I'm biased cause I love you and your artwork but I don't think there's too few details at all. Though, my style is very lazy and lax.
I think that my favorite part (besides the blue tiger) is the metal lion details on his armor.

nice detail, but you should use reference. Look up more faces for the shading and look up tigers or big cats for the structure and fur texture.

He didn't pay for this commission with real money, but with WoW gold instead. If he had paid a decent amount, I would have added these details you are looking for.
