This game was great up until level 17. That one is impossible. There's no way to get 10 popsicles off the screen in 35 moves.
This was a good came until the popsicles were introduced. Those killed it and killed any desire I had to continue playing, They are impossible to move if they get stuck one or two rows from the bottom.

This is a really interesting twist on match 3 games, but it is WAY too hard. In fact, as far as I can tell, level 17 is impossible. 10 popsicles in 35 moves? That's 3.5 moves per popsicle. Come on now. It usually takes at least that many moves just to get one ON screen, let alone off again.
Also, you have to perfect 7 levels to get enough stars for a chance at a random item which is A. practically useless, and B. gone once you use it, and you can't get more stars to buy more. The items/stars may as well not even exist.
