One of my favorite songs I've heard Sinatra sing. I was just thinking the other day how it'd be great for an animation just like this one to go with Mack the Knife (minus Grim Fandango, didn't think of that, which was an awesome touch). Thanks!

delightfully dark five stars
It was good, but the plants don't grow from the dead if they die, that's just when a sprout bullet it's used, the only weapon who can kill dead... they either die from a stab, no organs... apart from that, good short. The singer could be better and the song it's great!
And if you're bothered by the characters smoking, they're dead, think about it ;) (from the GF manual)

I naturally took some liberties with the idea of being "sprouted". It's such a fantastic idea but unfortunately it's traditional methods are far too limiting for the purposes of my animation. I didn't intend this film to be any kind of Grim Fandango fan-fiction or continuation.
