great game, difficult though!
This game is actually very good. I normally don't like these 2D driving games, i think there are just too many of them out there and none are worth my time, so i was pretty reluctant about playing this. But the hook mechanics add a whole new level of challenge and fun to the game. Very good, needs to give the player more freedom to steer (A and D) the car "up" and "down"
A lot of these 2D "trials" style offroad games are pretty much cookie-cutter. They don't do anything new or interesting, just put a new coat of paint on an old idea. This one though does some unique new stuff--the addition of a winch is a clever and useful idea, and really helps you get out of sticky situations. The rest of the game is pretty standard fare, but it's at least well executed.
