I had a lot of art on my hands but then I got hungry so I had to wash them, now my art is down in the sewer with the giant alligators

Lovely. Also love the tags. I know a review isn't really a place to ask questions, but is with the anime looking people holfing hands to the right of the Newgrounds logo at the end? Can't find anything about it and seen it so many times.
