Cripes! That was brutal. :P
Animation and character wise I don't have any suggestions for improvement, the shading is well done and the animation is very fluid.
What I CAN suggest is maybe adding a little bit of extra detail for the mountain hills in the background. Perhaps a couple of closer hills with shading.
Other than this is really good, great work!

Evil or worried look maybe but I never though of it that way XD
Fun joke, fresh look over a classic, nice choice of music with flowing animation. I like the graphic but how many frames was the head at the beginning when Luigi's takes is pose at the end of celebration thing... Its good but for trained eyes you see it split to 3-5 images (speed is good but it was weird for me XD)
Dance on the podium dude! Luigi's my all time favorite character of that series followed by Bowser and Boo.
