I must say that is pretty difficult to understand this chapter w/o subtitles. As long as you want to mantain the non-english audience you must add them again. Also, the universe catalog was pretty useful and this time it can be more descriptive and show all the characters of each one, thinking that the multiverse can be pretty confusing and someone can be easely get lost following the story of each universe and the tournament results. Away from that I love the animation and I can't wait to see more in the future. Good luck.
You've really come a long way! Nice job! I think it works better as a motion-comic rather than a full movie (considering the source material here) but there are a lot of really well animated parts. I particularly like how you did Uub's arm and the scene that followed. Major props to your voice actors there. I look forward to more of the DBM comic put to audio & motion.
