This game is so amazingly compelling! I started out wondering what all the buttons meant, but as I figured them out, I realized how complex the game is. I love the color-matching and how I have to really think about it before choosing what to do. Having the team of five is great because they help each other out when things are tough.
I have to think 3 or 4 steps ahead to plan my strategy, which makes the game very fun!
The graphics are beautiful and I love how each hero has their power color.
One accidental mistake I made during the game was to buy some heroes' magic abilities more than once, and it seems like they didn't benefit from the extra experience I spent duplicating their abilities. It was like an accidental click, and I wondered if it would make the ability stronger. For that reason, some of my heroes have fallen behind in progress compared to their team members. I wish there was a reset button so I could redistribute their abilities, but they will be fine.
Still, I don't mind them being a bit behind. It's a nice challenge to figure out just how to improve my team so I can pass that tough dungeon.
When I first saw one of the "Dream" animations get filled in, I was really inspired by the art, too!
Sometimes the loading of the battles can be a bit slow, but I have to give this game 5 stars because it's creative, well-rounded, and classic. :)
