This is a game, with regular controls, but you can hear the music during some/all of the gameplay. Since it has puzzles, it is obviously a puzzle game, and what's so unusual about this cannot be said with such certainty until you play the game yourself. I give my review a 10/10.
I love this game. It Is something different I normally don't play games like this. Keep up the good work.
That's not a "Healthcare Symbol". That's a caduceus, and it symbolizes commerce. You're thinking of the Aesclepian, which only has one snake.

Fun game. Been playing a few puzzles every day. Only thing I have to complain about is that the medals stopped unlocking for me and the daily puzzles never seem to load. I have sat there for an hour with it just saying downloading.
