I have the same problem; the achievements that do not unlock are (so far) Normal Puzzle Key, Easy Master, and Drunken.
(Other than that, phenomenal game!)

I got a medal in game, but not on the site -- why does it not appear once I re-load the game?? I can't earn the medal again in game...
Still the best one of these games control wise once everything is unlocked.

Love this type of puzzle. I'd argue there are a few too many easy puzzles to plough through to get onto the challenge, but still enjoyable. Any hints on the secret medal?
Additionally the remaining badges were not unlocking for me, seems I am not the only one - can this be fixed?
