Just perfect.
I really enjoyed this fan fiction and for a moment I thought I was watching a real episode.
And I have to say, Stan's mom's voice was just perfect!
If you would ever make a new one I would love to see that one too :D

Better than the actual show
Surprisingly this was more amusing than painful.
The voice acting was the real weak point of this, which I expected.
Stan and Cartman were pretty average and Butters sounded like he was black.
Kyle was actually really good, Randy was a good effort, Stan's mom was spot-on.
The Doctor's voice didn't sound like him, nor like a South Park voice, but at least he was British.
What I liked most was The Doctor close-ups felt like something South Park would do, and his lines when introduced were very accurate to the character.
The animation was quite good by South Park standards.
I don't know if you wrote this yourself or how many people read it, but given some minor tweaks in script and better voice acting, it could be great.
Great idea, great work with the characters and environment, but it missed something what makes South Park so unique. But so far, it was the best fan made SP episode ever! And that idea with the Doctor, awesome!
This is what happens to starving fans.They start making their own episodes. Yeah, other than some of the details and dialogue, this could totally be an episode of South Park.
