The Ash voice was inexcusably bad. I know it's a cartoon and all, but it was just bad, like an amateur voice actor trying to be funny.
The joke was also not very good, but at least you tried. Decent animation though, so there's that.

Meh so many of these no matter how well written or drawn just completely blank for me. I get nothing from these. Also charmander doesn't talk in the anime.
In truth this wasn't that bad but if perhaps people stop making the same parody over and over would get something truly awesome that makes us laugh till we cry or something.
Sorry the joke in this was just bad.
