The game itself seems like a great idea, the problem is, like the original Flappy Bird Game, is extremely difficult. Other than that, sweet holy vagikoopta.

That Game Was A Kinda Fun
A very cool first person shooter
Seems too easy at times and some of the buffs could be more intense, they use to be a dime o dozen back in the early days of newgrounds but its nice to see some now and then a great way to present the game as it has some nice fun elements just as any first person shooter brings, and A very cool first person shooter if you ask me, but besides all that I found it to be a pretty solid game.

Could really use improvement, the hit detection is really bad, you have to shoot the area below and to the right of the bird for the hit to register half the time. Also, shooting the bird while it's moving upwards will sometime cause the bird to die and end the game.
The idea is solid for a Flappy Bird parody... though perhaps more Flappy-ish movement would make the birds more interesting to shoot at?...
Anyway, your main issues is with hit detection, fix that and it will be more enjoyable.
Otherwise, nice game.
