Not a bad game, but it needs improvements.
First off, the gameplay is slow to start. Anyone and their grandmother could get to 5000 points easy. After that point, the game hits a sharp learning curve that can lag the game out, which causes the screen to freeze and the "surfer" to crash. Even on beefier computers, where Far Cry 3 can be played at 60 FPS on highest settings.
Secondly, the music is repetitive and doesn't vary in the slightest.
Thirdly, there is no real sense of progress. The speed barriers increase the speed (albeit slightly until the one after 5000 points), but nothing is really different besides the color presentation (which then just cycles through the same three or four color schemes).
Fourth, the transition between losing and being able to restart the game is way too long and decreases the re-playability (based on the average person's attention span).
It definitely has a well-polished feel to it (besides the fps drop after 5000), but the highest potential this game has is if you need one or two minutes to fly by and making those minutes fly by rather quickly. After that, it's pushing it.
