I agree with illuminashock about the mario characters personalitys being included but other then that enjoyed it would love to see this as a seires

My first thoughts are that Mario spends too much time talking to himself and Luigi spends too much time playing devil's advocate - Toad seems to be here for distraction and relief from Mario and Luigi only. As far as parody goes, it's probably the perfect transiteration of Mario transplanted into Seinfeld. However, it's the Seinfeld characters dressed up to look like Mario characters without the Mario characters' personalities included. This is a huge turn off to what otherwise looks like a good Seinfeld parody that is faithful to Mario in spirit only. It would have been better to include Mario characters, personality, and Seinfeld style antics.
