Reviews for "Spilt Coffee"

If we only had large amounts of these skulls in the corperate world. Each killing off all the fools who trade their morals and humanity for the love of money and manotony... Perhaps then there would be hope for this world.

Gerkinman responds:

Ha ha, thats a different way of looking at it.

Wow such a quality animation.

Gerkinman responds:

Thank you ^^

I'm going to be cliché and yet again compliment your animation skill as well as the voice acting. Pretty smooth from frame to frame, and everyone's bits were really well done.

That said, this is so fucking depressing. Pretty much sums up my life to a T.

Seriously, why is it that EVERY time I let someone toss my salad for that promotion they end up destroying my goddamned car?! That's four already this year! Now my insurance premiums are through the roof, families are demanding compensation for their losses, AND I have to 'train' a new shithead hiree...

Gerkinman responds:

Cheers bra. Sorry to hear that it sums up your life :(

I liked this. I know you're leaving it open to interpretation, but my impression was that the skull is his inner voice that puts him down. We all have them although maybe at different severities. Looks like the coffee was just the last straw on the depression and emotional turmoil he was already facing. :( The skull was a really great representation of how it can feel and definitely why you shouldn't listen to it. Overall, this was a really great and interesting animation. Although it's a depressing topic, I feel like I can still take a good message from it. - Don't listen to giant evil inner skull voices. They're bastards. Thanks!

Gerkinman responds:

Glad you didn't mind the darker tone, some people aren't overly fond of any animation that is anything less then light hearted fun.

Wait, so this wasn't a PSR on depression? >.> Not sure if this is a let down or to be satisfied.

Gerkinman responds:

All the mixed feels.
