Reviews for "Kablam"

It is an Atari style game for sure and it has more replay value than most Atari games; it also has a robust difficulty factor and reward mechanism - can't go wrong with this; having said all of this - it still has better gameplay value than a lot of newer games that take years to develop. You must be on to something good.

Great game! Simple, and quite addicting! Keep up the good work!

Not bad. Sort of has the old Kaboom game flair to it. As you were saying, it does need a bit of touching up. Gets to be a problem when a dot is at the side and you lose control going off the screen with the mouse. Maybe add power-ups or disadvantage-up of some kind. (Enlarge tables, slow down, speed up, go at an angle, things like that).

Yeah, its not a bad tribute. Maybe too easy, with getting the extra life every 20 points or so when you're on your last (which was nice) I had to leave the mouse alone just to get a game over finally. Didn't like the plinking noise when you catch the bombs. But I would throw in some odd distractions (bird, distortion causing smoke bombs you don't catch) to really take it away from being like Kaboom!

It's very repetitive as of now.
It's fun until you drop the ball once or twice: regaining some speed takes quite some time.
A medal system could make players more 'addicted' to the game.
