This was literally amazing I don't get how people are so talented as to make this kind of stuff

This game is far too easy and the menu design leaves something to be desired. That said, it's not a terrible play.

Music is fun and interesting for the levels sets a fun tone for each being different.

Guns, what I felt was that things weren't really well balanced in this aspect, or in the sense of aim. It's bad on almost all of them i've gotten to thus far(being the rocket launcher).

There is no aim boost skill which is a bit of a downer, can't have them group better or take off some of the recoil arcing.

That being said that'd be fine IF there was a damage skill then, since you're then able to make up for lack of aim with better damage per shot.

Bosses are simple and fun, little bit of learning what they do if you don't power level but that is enjoyable.

The last level is alright the boss manages to kill you even if you can kill him at times which is kind of an issue.

The only other thing i can really think of is it doesn't really follow much of a story, while it's a decent game over all a small bit of background why this dude is after these people with a boss that fits an end to it would make it better so over all 3.5/5

Has some work to be done with, but over all still solid, look forward to a second one if it ever comes out.

Found this game very easy to play and get into. I tried the mouse and the mousepad on the iMac, and it worked fine for both accounts.

Control wise, it was spot on, although I may have preferred a bigger cross air to direct shots at the enemy. I had to squint most of the way until I realised I could physically zoom into the game manually with the iMac touch pad.

Weapon upgrading was standard. I tend to use the 'Upgrade money to the max' which aids in future weapon buying. Having said that, I managed to upgrade and rank up max level before level 3, and by final level, I still found it extremely hard to defeat the boss in one go with the maxed out weapons!...that is UNTIL I REALISED you could buy a GOLDEN GUN! (Shock horror and ecstatic joy!)

...but even with THIS! The last boss/ level was STILL hard to complete in one life (for me)- purely down to reloading! Thank GOODNESS you lowered the difficulty in which you could obtain the final medals and badges- i died twice and got all medals and still managed to pull off getting the gold ribbon).

Despite all these trivial difficulties, it was a challenge and it was fun. Having said that, I found a few negatives:

1) No option to make the screen bigger (other than zooming in manually)
2)Crossair (as mentioned above)
3) Max reload upgrade should of been awesome upgrade: i felt it was a tad slower than what I expected if that makes sense, i.e., reload time should of been at least 2-3 seconds quicker than what it is now IMO.

BUT it was still a very well developed game with minimal bugs, and loved the intervals/ game cutscenes. Keep up the good work!

thanks for the review

It was pretty good. I at least got all the medals. I really didn't want to get the last 4 but decided to anyway.

I had some problems with how the guns upgrades went.. For one, the pink rocket launcher did so much single-target damage, if you can get through the small mobs and get to the bosses, they go down in record time; Not really the type of weapon you should see as 3rd highest tier. The next one that had homing missiles was way better than the scatter gun for a few reasons: While the scatter gun was nice when you picked it up, having it for the whole time was kind of a pain. It was the last upgrade, and my previous unlock was a homing missile launcher with a half second (if that) reload. I was really expecting something nice and then got the scatter gun which had a slow reload compared to the homing missile launcher. The damage was nice, but having that short of mags and that long of a reload, the DPS just wasn't there.

Pretty good game overall though, I enjoyed it for a little while but it got boring quick.
